We are looking for an adaptable and engaging full-time Physical Therapist (30 hours per week) to join our Industrial PT teams in Duncanville, Texas (18 hours per week) and Grand Prairie, Texas (12 hours per week). In this role, you’ll support the health, safety, and performance of employees at leading American manufacturers in state-of-the-art industrial settings.
This isn’t your typical PT role – it's a proactive approach to health and safety designed to keep workers thriving. You'll spend your days preventing injuries, improving ergonomics, and empowering employees with tools for long-term wellness. What you will be doing:
- Performing ergonomic assessments and making recommendations for improved body mechanics.
- Educating new employees on injury prevention and safety practices.
- Conducting injury screens, offering first aid, and managing symptom education.
- Rolling out pre-shift warm-up programs.
- Walking the production floor to connect with employees and foster a culture of wellness.
- Collaborating with the client’s management team to implement impactful health strategies.

What We’re Looking For:
- A licensed Physical Therapist with a graduate degree or higher.
- At least 1 year of PT experience (ergonomic experience is a bonus but not required).
- A passion for patient care and a proactive, growth-oriented mindset.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build trust with a diverse workforce.

- Earn up to $47.00 per hour for an annual base salary of $73,320 (depending on your experience)

- Opportunity for occasional extra pay when night shift therapist is out (premium pay: $75/Hour for any hours worked between 7pm–7am; optional, not required).
