What you'll do
- Evaluate and treat patients using evidence-based practices
- Develop customized care plans and track progress toward functional goals
- Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care
- Educate and empower patients with tools to support recovery outside the clinic
- Stay current with advancements in physical therapy through ongoing education
- An active Physical Therapy license and a graduate degree or higher
- Strong clinical judgment and a passion for helping others
- Clear, confident communication and a team-oriented mindset
