Assist in the provision of patient care and related activities under the direct, onsite supervision, of a physical/occupational therapist and/or a physical therapist assistant as permitted by state or payor regulation. Works the front office, answering phone, taking payments, and scheduling patients.

•Assist the licensed provider with patient care and related activities.
• Reports all treatment procedures performed as delegated and under directly to the PT/OT and/or the PTA
• Assist with and/or carry out routine cleaning, maintenance support operations of the clinic’s physical plant, patient care equipment and supplies 
• Comply with all local, state and federal regulations, training and instruction requirements as well as any other standards that govern healthcare services.
• Carry out duties as designated by the Clinic Director
• Assist with front office functions, collecting co-pays, answering phones, and scheduling patients. 
• Basic computer skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships with therapists and patients.
• Ability to understand medical/surgical terminology.
